About
Workflow Doctor
Taking an agile approach
Workflow Doctor is a well-established and dynamic business built on relationships forged through many years working in the RPA and data capture industry. We take an agile approach to project delivery; customers see exciting phases in days and weeks, not in months.
As well as working directly with our customers to deliver stand-alone projects we have many other long-term relationships as an extension to our client’s own team. We also support multinational, specialist RPA integrators with their own client projects, leveraging our specialist expertise to drive project success.
With a few exceptional ‘small’ but specialist organisations (£millions t/o) our clients have turnover ranging from 10’s millions to billions GBP. Most clients are seeking business growth using innovative technology in preference to increased human resource costs; a few use process and data automation to reduce operational costs in a competitive environment.
While most of our clients are based in the UK, we work with many organisations across Europe, in the United States and as far afield as Australia.
Meet the management team
Jeremy Burgess
Founder, Director
For over twenty five years, Jeremy has been passionate about productivity. Starting his career in HP's manufacturing and warranty division and re-writing paper based process into web based workflow before replacing faxes with data in the Floating Rate Bond market then settling into a 7 year stint within Canon's professional services organisation concentrating on document/data automation. Jeremy has been working as a partner with ABBYY Software since 2009 and, together with the team at Workflow Doctor, is one of the most respected delivery partners in Europe.
Fondly described as a 'disruptive consultant', Jeremy will help you to dramatically reduce your operating costs or staffing requirements. He is also your data guy, showing you how to make your extracted data work harder before you feed it into your business systems such as accounts payable, CRM, manufacturing or case management.
